Tom Kilian

Tom Kilian is Executive Vice President, Information Technology for The Warranty Group. He is responsible for all global applications development and technology infrastructure.

Prior to joining The Warranty Group, Tom's 40+ year career in the insurance industry has included senior management positions in sales, operations and technology. While CIO and COO at Conseco, he helped lead the merger of more than 30 insurance companies – also serving as President of most of those companies. 

At Ceres Group he was the CEO and led a turn-around and eventual sale of that public company. His background also includes management and consulting experience at Forethought, Scottish Re and Universal American.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Notre Dame University.
