Diana Chafey

As the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Diana Chafey is the strategic legal and compliance lead at The Warranty Group. She is responsible for all global legal matters including compliance, risk management, corporate governance, contract administration, regulatory affairs and litigation. 

Before joining The Warranty Group in 2013, Diana was a partner in the international insurance and reinsurance practice group at DLA Piper US LLP, a leading global business law firm. In addition to DLA Piper, she has held several leadership positions with organizations representing, supporting or participating in the insurance industry. 

Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Arizona State University and her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University of Law.
