With unlimited growth potential, F&I Account Specialists will complete an intensive 6-12 month training program that requires 90% nationwide travel (company sponsored). Successful individuals may advance to the role of District Manager in as little as 6 months with responsibility for client training, sales development, and productivity while working diligently to increase their district’s volume.
